Atari’s large-format follow-up paired upgraded arcade conversions with analog controllers.

The 5200 adapted technology from Atari’s 8-bit computers into a dedicated console. The launch model used four controller ports; a later two-port revision simplified the hardware and changed adapter compatibility.
